The Weekend Workout For Very Busy People
Everyone finds something to do when it comes to going to the gym. When you come home from work, you need to help your children with their homework, clean up the house, go shopping, cook, fix something, or even sleep because you’re tired. You do all those things but do not get your workout done.
There are also situations when not only the time prevents you go to the gym, but your will which is too weak.
If you don’t suffer from a weak will (though we all do sometimes), and only the lack of time keeps you from being fit, you can do some light exercises at home, every Saturday and Sunday.
Weekend Workout
This weekend workout can be done in just an hour a day. Isn’t it easy?
Saturday Workout
- 30 Jumping Jacks;
- 10 Push-Ups;
- 30 Crunches;
- 10 Burpees;
- 30 Second Side Plank(each side).
[20 minutes of cardio]
- 30 Jumping Jacks;
- 10 Push-Ups;
- 30 Crunches;
- 10 Burpees;
- 30 Second Side Plank (each side).
[10 minutes of stretching]
Sunday Workout
- 30 High Knees;
- 10 Squats;
- 30 Star Jumps;
- 10 Lunges (per leg);
- 30 Reverse Crunches.
[20 minutes of cardio]
- 30 Jumping Jacks;
- 10 Push-Ups;
- 30 Crunches;
- 10 Burpees;
- 30 Second Side Plank (each side).
[10 minutes of stretching]
This is your weekend workout for a quick tone-up and burst of cardio. Do this every weekend and stay fit!
