2. Chest Workout
In order to grow his amazingly sculpted chest, Hercules… I mean Dwayne followed a strict regimen as part of his Hercules workout. He started with 4 sets of incline barbell bench press, followed by 4 sets of flat bench dumbbell press. His next exercise would be the incline hammer strength press, and then some flat bench dumbbell flies. To top it off he would finish his Hercules workout for the day with a superset of cable crossover, with dips.
