Lose Up To 6 Pounds Per Week With The Extreme Diet Soup

Ingredients
- 2 tbs extra vigin Olive Oil;
- 2 large Onions, sliced;
- 1.5 pounds skinless, boneless Chicken Breast;
- 1 large Carrot, shredded;
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper with seeds, minced;
- 2 tsp minced fresh Oregano or Thyme (only 1 tsp if dried);
- 8 cups fat free Chicken Broth;
- 1 can (15 oz) Black Beans, drained;
- 6 cups Baby Spinach Leaves, packed;
- 1 can (15 oz) Tomatoes, diced;
- 7 tbs grated Parmesan Cheese (as garnish).
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in large stockpot over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook 10 minutes, stirring from time to time.
- Add the chicken breast and cook until it’s done (usually about 5 minutes).
- Add garlic, carrot, thyme and jalapeno and cook 2 more minutes.
- Stir in broth, then increase heat and bring the mixture to boil.
- Then add tomato, spinach and beans, and let it for another boil.
- Remove the soup from heat and cover it.
- Serve topped with grated parmesan cheese.
You will get 7 servings of soup, 2 cups per each serving. Double the ingredients if you want to prepare the extreme diet soup for the entire week.

the recipe states black beans , but from the picture i clearly see that red kidney beans were used, so which is the best?

your probably best off chucking them out your front door and hope a bean stalk grown in order to climb and gain a golden egg than do this diet
I noticed you had garlic in the instructions but not on the ingredient list. Thank heavens I’ve got garlic on hand at ALL times. Lol
What if I use fresh tomatoes, make my own chicken broth and used dry black beans?
I guess that would work too. Just be careful with the chicken broth because it should be fat free. So don’t use the skin when you prepare it.
So could a guy eat only this for a week probably loose even more weight. Bit would it be safe? My job is very active.

Just to clear one thing out: there is no fast and healthy weight loss method. It is either fast, or healthy; but not both.
This soup is somewhere in the middle because if you east just soup for a week, you will definitely lose a lot of weight. But if you replace 2 of your meals with 2 servings of this soup, you will lose weight too, but a little bit slowly.
If you’re very active, than you’ll lose more weight. Just give it a try and follow this diet for 2-3 days to see how you’ll feel. If you’ll see good changes in your body, keep it going; if not, stop it right away.
If you use dried beans you’ll have to extend your cooking time until the beans are done (along with the prep time for dried beans). Fresh tomatoes (scald and remove the skin) and chicken broth from home (refrigerate and remove the excess fat) would improve the quality, but extend the cooking times.
