1. Dietary Cupcakes With Chocolate And Coffee
Ingredients for about 14 pieces:
– 175 g almond flour
– 35 g cocoa
– 2 tablespoons of agar powder (easily digested starches)
– 1 tablespoon decaffeinated coffee
– 35 g of sea salt
– ½ teaspoon of baking powder
– 8 tablespoons of honey
– 50 g of crushed diet chocolate
Preparation:
Mix in blender almond flour, cocoa powder, agar powder, coffee, salt and baking powder. Add honey and mix until it forms a ball, then remove from blender and mix chocolate dough with your hands. Cut the dough into two rolls, place them on the tray lined with baking paper and put them into the oven for 25 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius. After you remove from oven, let them cool for an hour, then cut 1.5 cm thick slices with a very sharp knife. Arrange slices on baking paper and put them back in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius. Remove cookies from the oven, let them cool and serve them.
