Cherry Is The Flavour Of This Summer
The summer is the cherry season and we prepared for you some fresh and easy to do cherry recipes. This summer cool down with some fresh fruits and ice cubes. Here are 3 summer recipes:
Frozen Yogurt With Cherry
Ingredients for 2 servings:
– 200 g fresh cherries;
– 400 g of 2% fat yogurt;
– a teaspoon of heavy cream;
– fresh mint.
Preparation:
Wash the fresh cherries, remove pits and crushed, then mix with yogurt and put in the freezer. Serve with fresh mint and a teaspoon of heavy cream.
Cherry Granita
Ingredients:
– One cup of water;
– ¼ cup of sugar or sweetener;
– A cup of ice;
– A big juicy orange;
– A cup of black cherries, fresh or frozen;
– A glass of red sweet wine.
Preparation:
Bring the water to a boil along with the sugar. After boiling, mix with orange, cherry and ice cubes and put it all in blender. Then, the mixture obtained is put in the freezer for 8 hours. Wine is used as a topping.
Non-Alcoholic Cocktail For 4 People
Ingredients:
– one cup of cherries;
– ¼ cup of fresh mint;
– 8 teaspoons of sugar / sweetener;
– ¼ cup of lime juice;
– 3 cups of soda.
Preparation:
Divide to 4 cups all ingredients and crush them with a wooden spoon. Over, add lime juice, ice and soda. Garnish with 2 mint leaves.
